SST step failing for Percona Xtradb Cluster 5.7

I'm getting below error while trying to join the 2nd node. Please help.

Your best bet would be to re-install Percona XtraDB on the second node, delete everything in the MySQl datadir, and try ti start the node again to join the PXC.

delete everything in the MySQL datadir and then give rsync a try
