how do you move a server for an innodb cluster properly?

Sorry if this is a repeat. I didn't see my other post go through. 

I would like to move one node in a cluster to another server, different hostname. 

So, something like

1. remove old node

2. Add new node. 

I can add a new node just fine, but how do I make sure the old node is removed?

As soon as the node disconnects from the cluster it is removed. If that
same node joins again it will be considered another node (assigned a new
identity).
