Ok so we just got Two Brand new HP LaserJet CP1525nw's and I've got them installed on our printer server. Printing works fine, but every time I have tried to print a color image it comes out black and grey. I have tried different computers as well. Network is fine and stuff. I can ping them but as well. The only thing I can think about is that I installed the basic driver for printing?
Are you using the latest driver for these printers? Typically when a color printer fails to print color, it's driver-related. Head over to HP's website and get the newest drivers. Make sure you both x86 and x64 drivers if this is a print server.
Have you tried printing a test page from the general tab of the printer device on the server? Does this have color? If the test prints color but the documents do not, this is likely either a settings/preferences issue or the driver is not working correctly. Try downloading the latest universal drivers from the HP website and see if they work for you.
