Hi,
At Lexmark, we talk about customer focus objectives from time to time. Our goal is to make our product deliverables more customer focused. But do we have the authority to shape our deliverables to make them more customer-focused? If yes, in what areas?
In my opinion, the following factors empower us:
We write the UI text and error messages.
We own the documentation.
While not everyone meets with customers, we can talk to the Product Managers and learn about the audience.
What are the other areas you can think of? Let me know.
