ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Mr. Navaseelan Suppiah was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitors in 1994 and is a partner in Athi Seelan Mahathir & Partners. His area of practise is civil litigation which emphasis on insurance litigation. He has also been a manager for the Liquidators of Mercantile Insurance. He has conducted lectures and seminars for various insurers, and lectured at the Malaysian Institute of Insurance.
Mr. Seelan was also involved in various research projects in association with Asean Insurance Training and Research Institute (AITRI) and presented a paper for PIAM on the issue of unlimited liability.
