Dear all,

Pl circulate.

This is to kindly inform you that it is true that  you channel though me to any BoS matters, but I find that communication written to the Director too is kept on my table  during my absence. This is totally wrong.

Please ensure that you make sure that any communication  to Director or PGIA to kindly hand over same to the Director's Office, which is situated in the main PGIA building.

Roshan
This is Niroshan who has kept all the document on my table. He walked into PGIA byt never seriously mention anything to me. Luckliy I just went through my letters now found he has written a communication.

All batch reps kindly ensure that all students have registered for the courses and made all payments and handed over the enrollment forms which  correct courses entered.

If the students cannot come on weekdays or week-end s to PGIA to hand over the letters, to kindly fax them to 0812 -388318.
