PRIDE web service access error

I keep getting the following error when using PRIDE Reshake:

"PRIDE web service access error. Cannot open: https;//www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/ws/archive/project/count"

Hi,

I'm afraid that the PRIDE Reshake feature is no longer supported after PRIDE changed their web service a while back. Hence for now you will have to download the files separately from PRIDE and then provide them to SearchGUI/PeptideShaker.
