Alpha-Lytic Enzyme / Custom Enzyme

Hi, 

Would it be possible to add Alpha-Lytic as a digestion enzyme? I can't see an option to add your own custom enzyme. Alpha-Lytic cleaves after Threonine (T), Alanine (A), Serine (S) and Valine (V) residues.

Alternatively if it is possible to generate your own custom enzyme could you point me in the right direction for how to do this?

Hi Harry,

You can add custom enzymes in SearchGUI via the Edit > Enzymes menu option at the top of the main SearchGUI dialog. After opening the Enzyme Details dialog, simply click the "Add" button in the lower right corner and input your custom enzyme details.
