Query regarding using PeptideShaker

Please give me the pride Access, because i want some proteomics data analysis through PeptideShaker but i am not able to doing properly. please give me any video tutorial link so that i am able to use this software.

Dear Asha,

I'm afraid that the direct PRIDE access is no longer supported in PeptideShaker (due to changes in the way PRIDE can be accessed). But you can always download the wanted datasets from the PRIDE web page and then process them locally in SearchGUI and PeptideShaker.
