peppy-0.7.3.2 release with emacs-style search and replace goodness

If you're current with svn there's no need to upgrade to the new
release, but I spent some time upgrading the search and replace from
the old mouse-based one from PyPE to a new keyboard based minibuffer
that pretty closely duplicates the XEmacs search and replace
minibuffer.

I didn't like having to move the mouse to replace things, so now you
can use the keyboard to navigate to the next/previous match, replace,
replace all, etc.

I also added regex matching based on shell style wildcards as well as
simple scintilla regexes (full python regex matching will be coming
soon).
