setupv1 not found

installed peppy on Mingw64 using  pip install git+https://github.com/robmcmullen/peppy.git.

Result:

Traceback (most recent call last):

    import peppy.main

  File "D:/mingw64/lib/python2.7/site-packages/peppy/main.py", line 11, in <module>

    from wx.lib.pubsub import setupv1

ImportError: cannot import name setupv1

Can't find setupv1 in any site-packages.

You must be using a very recent version of wxPython. Peppy only works
with wxPython 2.8.x. It *may* work with 2.9, but definitely doesn't
work with 3.0.

I use it with 2.8.12.1.

Also, I've never tested it under mingw, so you're charting new territory there.
