What would it take to get the Moai to print this scale?

The whole model was 230x250x360um.  That is incredibly small and based on the pictures it looks like some of the features can be as small as 5um.  By comparison, the Moai's spot size (smallest possible feature size) is 70um and the Form2 is a 140um spot size.

To get prints that small out of the Moai would require a new laser, new focusing system, and probably new galvos.  The tilt mechanism to peel might also need to be different.  The control system for laser pulse duration would also probably have to be changed.

It would probably be easier to build a new printer from the ground up for these requirements.  A smaller build volume would make sense from a print calibration and print time perspective.  That would be incredibly cool though!
