Required Experience & Knowledge:
Job Details:   The Client is establishing a new relationship with a 3rd party vendor to provide a specialized HR service to our team members.  The relationship requires a 2-way batch data interchange that needs to be built to send and receive data from our PeopleSoft Enterprise 8.3/8.9 HCM system. We need a talented technical analyst (preferably with hands-on development experience) to perform design, development oversight, and test planning/execution for the data interfaces.  This person will work with an in-house developer.   Required Skills Set:   1. Extensive functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM Core HR and Payroll modules   2. Technical design experience within the PS Enterprise environment (batch and online development experience is ideal)   3. Extensive functional and technical analyst experience in the areas of batch program design, test planning, test execution, and large system implementation.   4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills   5. Experience managing a small to mid-size development effort (working with developers)   6. Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis
