Which version you are using?
I am not seeing that table in the database itself. My
tools version is 8.19

I guess its after tools 8.4. I am on 8.44.09.
I havent worked on 8.19 or below since a long time now, so do not remember. But there should be some way to schedule PS queries on the process scheduler. When you schedule the queries, what program do you schedule to run? or maybe I am missing completely and you cannot schedule ps queries at all..
