Signmaking for Peoples Plaza!

Help us Continue to Occupy the Peoples Plaza with our Messages!

Join us to make more beautiful signs to cover the Plaza with our Messages and keep our presence there 24/7!  The Federal Judge has ruled that the County cannot touch our signs, so we are going to continue to beautify the plaza with as many signs that are "winterized" as we  possibly can.  

 

Supplies will be provided, but if you have anything to add, please bring! 

 

Remember, you can sign up for times to occupy the plaza and continue our presence during these cold months.  Although we are not trying to have people there every minute, any amount of time we can have people is excellent and so important.  We are especially needing a presence during day and evening.  There is additional information in the calendar and a link to Ann Bancroft's training on winter camping.  This week we will get a bin set  up with literature so occupiers can hand out fliers.  Occupiers can take signs and stand on the busy streets to keep our presence visible to the drivers in downtown.  Occupiers can talk to folks as they walk by or stop by to admire our fabulous signage!  Go to our sign up calendar at http://bit.ly/uAo4Gr .
