approximately 2 hours from New York City & Newark.

From New Jersey and New York City (Interstate 80):
* I-80 West to Delaware Water Gap
* Second exit after bridge toll booth (Exit 309)
* Left turn soon after off-ramp onto State Route 447 north
* Follow Route 447 approx. 20 miles to the intersection of 447 and 390
(Canadensis).
*Go straight thru the light to stay on 447 North.
*Spruce Lake Retreat is 2.5 miles north of traffic light on the left.
