Ok, so the issue I have is probably pretty minimal, its probably just
pulling data funny or even some error on my part.

The issue I have is when I open up subscriptions on people browser for
my identi.ca feeds, it shows basically global posts within the
subscriptions. I'll show the two side by side.

First, here is my actual identi.ca feed, I blotted out the ID of
someone because they have their account set to private and figured
that having the ID there might step on someone's toes. Hopefully
that'll suffice.

While the second one is the feeds from peoplebrowser, which were taken
at the same instance pretty much, maybe 15 seconds apart.

The left hand side is of course my twitter feed, and the righthand
side my identi.ca feed. Notice though that the data from my actual
identi.ca feed and the subscriptions through people browser are
nothing alike. I actually haven't a clue who those people are under
the subscriptions feed.

Evan - my apologies for the delayed response to your post. I have not
been receiving the notices from this group for some reason! :(

We will look into the issue that you're having with identi.ca.
I presume that these two screenshots that you've linked were taken at
roughly the same time, and so should have in fact shown roughly the
same set of dents from people you're subscribed to?

Thanks for letting us know about this.

Yeah, the screenshots are about 5 seconds apart. It seems that the
identi.ca feed is pulling the global data in under the subscriptions
feed.

As a side note though, does anyone know how to flush google cache?
When you google peoplebrowsr it says right below it from the google
cache, "experiencing difficulties". Not entirely the most welcoming
sign..

Ok, now I'm having a small issue. Within the identi.ca feeds I cannot
reply to anyone. The small reply box that shows up when replying to a
"tweet" says 'undefined: test test' .. with of course the test test
not being that. I've tried it several different times, with the same
results. This is of course within the web-browser version. I'd
understand the issue if it was trying to reply from my twitter account
into identi.ca, but the undefined is a new issue.

Thanks,
Evan Skov

Evan - Is this still happening for you? I was unable to duplicate this
in my own tests.

Thanks!

I've also tried it in other web-browsers and on other computers with
same results.

Thanks,
Evan

Evan,

There is definitely an error in making replies. We will have an
engineer look at that asap.

If you have a list of @names that are in your subscription stack that
you're not subscribed to, that would be easier for us to track down
any errors.

Thanks agaiin!

alright, I compiled a list of all the subscriptions pulled from
peoplebrowsr and compared them to what I'm subscribed to in identi.ca

identi.ca pulls from peoplebrowsr
@evan
@olhe
@fwhamm
@mrspuck
@papag
@agentbuilder
@millette
@mueritz
@linuxfoundation
@l0ckergn0me
@seoplanet
@ebone187
@daw
@mbl
@jamesthewiseguy
@zbowling

actual subscriptions in identi.ca
@oemad
@katifoley
@allgood2
@andrewfister
@raster
@heygabe
@abraham
@daw

I figured having it in text would be the easiest way of being able to
search it out.

Thanks,
Evan Skov

ps. anyone else for locking down the peoplebrowsr group till the
sexbots move on?

Ok, this problem is still persistent on my end. Am I simply alone on
this problem?

The identi.ca stacks are complete garbage on my end and I barely use
this anymore because of this problem.

Evan,

You're still seein people that you're not subscribed to in your
identi.ca stack, correct? And the list above is still accurate?

We'll have an engineer look into this again for you asap.

Thank you for bringing it to our attention again.

Hi Rob,
I'm demonstrating Peoplebrowsr to a large group of people at a conference in D.C. tomorrow. Priscilla and Jodee had made sure I could get into the "subscription" sections and it was working for me but 2 days ago, I could not get into the Reports. I had to subscribe. I was in Chrome but I don't think that would make a difference.
Anyway, I so love PB!

Go Lori,

You're a star. Can't wait for this :)

Is it all working for you now?
Anything we can do to help?
Do you need access to anything else?
We want you to have access to all the features!

Cheers,
Priscilla

Hi Priscilla,
Thanks for your kind support!

I still cannot access the reports nor the campaign builder or analytics. I have not checked everything but it seems that it has reverted back to no access. You did have it fixed for me once before and I was able to get access to these sections but not anymore. I get this message: Oops!

Your ""Talking about me who I am not following"" trial period has expired. We'd love you to keep using ""Talking about me who I am not following"". This is part of the US$20 plan. Do you want to sign up now?

Are there screenshots of these sections you can send if this cannot be fixed in time? I present in 9 hours at 9 a.m. EST.
Thanks!
Lori

So here's some screen shots from today. They still don't overlap at
all.

just ignore the large addon on the second screen shot, took these
while working in the lab today.

Thanks, Evan.

We're looking at these now, and will have an engineer look at the
identi.ca feed again.

Good news and bad news,

Subscriber's page works! Woot. However, after 6th months of having
issues with the subscriptions feeds, this is getting a little
ridiculous. Its the exact same on the subscriptions side as it was in
August. As a last ditch effort from abandoning using the product, is
there anything I can do?

Thanks,
Evan Skov

Evan,

I've gotten word from our engineering team that they have isolated the
bug, and they have also fixed your subscription list manually.

Please let us know how your identi.ca feed looks now.

Thanks,

Rob Nelson
