Updates to FB when I only have selected twitter

We've not seen this anywhere else. Have you removed those items from
your Wall?
I've just taken a look at your page, and don't see any posts from
PeopleBrowsr, but I do see a large number of posts from FriendFeed.
It appears that you're sharing some items from Google Reader to
FriendFeed, and are tweeting some of the same items, which are also
going to FriendFeed - and FriendFeed posts all of those to the wall.

app on FB, and revoke it's permissions, OR change FriendFeed to not
pull in your tweets.
I don't think you can be selective about what the FriendFeed FB app
posts to your status.
