I'm new to PB and having a few odd problems

I seem to be able to use from multiple computers and keep track of
what I've read that also thinks very much the way I do. But I'm
having some trouble getting up to speed, and I think some of the
problems are technical issues.
1) When I signed up for PB, it sent a confirmation email... my
greylister (spam prevention) rejected the first attempt to deliver the
email and told the sending server "resource temporarily unavailable,
try again later." The sending server has not retried, even once, in
the last 22 hours. I have since added PBs mail server to my
greylister's whitelist so further messages won't be delayed.
So, in my Accounts view, hovering over "add another account" gets a
tooltip stating I need to answer the confirmation email to confirm my
account. I cannot find a way to get PB to resend the confirmation
email. How do I confirm my account(s) at this point? (CarlCravens is
the twitter ID I signed up with, and I also added ravenx99.)
I'm guessing this is related to my next problem:
2) All of the "protected" accounts I follow no longer show up in PB.
The did earlier, but mid-morning, they stopped showing up.
3) In my "Following" stack, I keep seeing tweets from people I *used*
to follow, but have not followed in the last several months. One of
these people doesn't even follow *me* anymore. Some of these, if I
click on the
4) I have two twitter accounts. When I have a "Following" stack
watching both accounts, there is a set of tweets that keep
reappearing... I can mark them read and "wipe all read", but if I hit
the refresh (curly arrow) on the stack, that one set of tweets show
back up, but not all of the tweets that were marked read. Most of
these tweets are from people who follow both of my accounts, but I
only follow one of theirs (in most cases).
5) In both (3) and (4), both of my profile pics show up on the tweet,
as if PB thinks it's seeing the tweet from both accounts, even when
I'm following that user from just one of the accounts (or neither of
them, in the case of (3).)
6) When I look at my Followers, I see "duplicates"... users who have
changed their twitter IDs show up as two different users, once under
the old ID and once under the new ID. The old ID shows the last tweet
they made under that ID.
Where can I find a list of all the keyboard shortcuts? I only see one
listed in the help. How about a place I can find a description of all
of the Settings?
I'm on Firefox 3.5.7 running on Debian Linux (stable). I'm using the
"Advanced" view.

Thanks for taking the time to report this to us.
It would be great if you could send us a screenshot showing issue #5 -
both profile pics showing up on your tweets, and also issue #6 -
duplicate tweets coming in from people who've changed their @names.

keyboard shortcuts asap.
