Images upload broken UE

Hi guys,

I've noticed only today the the User experiences get a bit faulty when I want to add an image, I think the bast is to take a look at the image below:

I think you can see where the for is and where the radio button to choose the image server is... And, more, when I send the tweet, the radio button-thing stays there...
