As you know, for wildlife conservation efforts to be effective, enduring, and equitable, we must address fundamental human needs including health and nutrition, income and livelihoods, and security. Engaging impacted communities and sectors to develop solutions that promote the sustainable coexistence of humans and wildlife is critical and necessary to achieve a world in which wildlife and wild places thrive in harmony with human society. Towards this end, the Binnacle Fund of the Tides Foundation is inviting letters of interest (LOIs) from those working to advance human/wildlife coexistence via inclusive and community-centered solutions. For more information and a link to apply, please see attached RFP. The deadline to submit an LOI is 30 March 2023.
