Dear all,

The IUCN SSC Human-Wildlife Conflict & Coexistence Specialist Group is pleased to invite you to our side event on Building capacity for managing human-wildlife conflict and coexistence at the upcoming Fourteenth Session of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS COP14) in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

The side event will take place on Wednesday, 14 February, 12:45 - 13:30, in the Snow Leopard room, and will provide an overview of the key concepts, structure, and selected chapters of the recently published Guidelines on the management of HWC, followed by a brief discussion with participants on country-specific needs and its implementation. We will also launch the Russian edition of the Guidelines at the event.

You can find more information at this link

Best regards,
Luna
