Dear Comrades,

I am forwarding the email from the PHA5 organising committee in Argentina. I'm also suggesting the Meeting tomorrow if possible we go through the process together, let me know if this is okay with you.

This email is to let you know that we are right now in a tight time situation to start the visa procedures, since we need to have the complete list of people who will be traveling from all over the world. For this it is CRUCIAL that all the people register on the web: https://phmovement.org/index.php/pha5-individual-registration-form

Since this procedure must be done before the end of the year, and for this we need the complete information of the attendees, it is essential to transmit to all comrades in your regions the urgency for all those who will attend the event (sponsored or not) to make their registration before Monday 11/12.

It is important to let you know that if they don’t register before the 11th it will be hard to assist with the Visas, at least until February in which case we cannot assure to be able to fulfill time constraints for the visa procedures.
