I just pushed a new version of native-deps that's compatible with Leiningen 1.3.0. Sadly I'm a bit swamped with work so I haven't had access to a computer that can push to Clojars. Until I have a spare second to get around to that you can always checkout the repo from GitHub, http://github.com/swannodette/native-deps, and run a 'lein install'.
