You need to install WinPcap before running it . either download from www.winpcap.org or it is located in pentestbox_directory\bin\WiresharkPortable\App\Wireshark\WinPcap_4_1_3.exe .

Thanks I had the same problem. I was looking at the network card not being happy with Pentest Box until your answer sorted it out. Great product. Is it running in a DOS box? If this is the case you did better than Microsoft when their product (Fortran) was not well behaved in the DOS environment. 
I like your solution as I started with Samurai moved to Kali but Virtual Box is  a double step process which is slow.

Glad to know that it it working fine. I will update tools.pentestbox.com with information about WinPcap shortly.

Nope it is not running in DOS box, it is running natively on windows providing all necessary environments required.
