Did you switched off your antivirus and firewalls ?

Also command did you type that lead to this error?

but yes it is didnot work msfconsole why ? ? i turn off but same problem

well, antivirus and firewalls need to be switched off at the time of installation and operating.

May be you have switched on your antivirus at that time of installation and antivirus might have shifted neccessary files to sandbox.

Also please type "update all" to fix minor bugs.

man i turn off but same problem i dk what prob and when i install there are no anti virus

If you have any ruby installed on your system, please make sure to remove that installation from system/user path.

Also, there is new version of PentestBox i.e PentestBox v2.1, it solves most of the issues related to metasploit.
