Problems on multi-selection

Hi,Guys:

I am newbie of Pentaho and PAT. When i want to compare 2 rows in a big sets, i have to exclude each rows one by one. so,I want to know how to multi-exclude or multi-include some rows at one time in PAT like picture in attachment.

Forgive my poor english.

If you want to continually exclude specific levels or data, consider a flat report... Or, do it once and save the view.
