As most of you will now know we are running down to PAT 1.0 very
quickly, I was just asked how to do the Spanish translations and they
are currently being updated, but if you speak a different language and
you would like a fully native PAT interface, please speak up so we can
get all the translations up to date for PAT 1.0.

Hi Leonardo,
The easiest way to contribute translations is by looking at:
http://code.google.com/p/pentahoanalysistool/source/browse/#svn/trunk/pat/src/main/resources/org/pentaho/pat/client/
http://code.google.com/p/pentahoanalysistool/source/browse/#svn/trunk/pat/src/main/resources/org/pentaho/pat/server/messages
You need IGuiConstants, IGuiMessages and messages all translated into
your locale. Once you've done that create a jira ticket on
jira.pentaho.com and attach the files and make us aware of the ticket
number so we can add it into the release.

I noticed that the language notation uses 2 characters, and there's already a "PT" translation.
How you suggest me to identify the Brazilian Portuguese version, just "BR" or "pt-BR"?

Yup we have a Portuguese translationi but I will take a stab at brazil being pt_BR, but either way you create the files, and we'll work out how it all works ;)

Some characters uses non-ANSI encoding, so I'd like to know if a special encoding for these chars is needed (like \u00XX Javascript escapes). If you need some adaptation for these, please let me know!
