PAT Restful Interface

I know the idea of a rest interface for PAT is drumming up a lot of
vocal support and interest(at least we know some people out there have
a use for PAT ;) ) Anyway, I thought I'd start a thread to try and
keep the ideas and stuff contained.

I shall populate this page with sample server calls and draft json
responses, so you guys can see what you can and can't do.

The idea being you can tell the server to give you a query model, you
then process the query model client side and give the pat server back
an altered query model which we then validate and run and give you a
resultset in return.

Ideas and thoughts on a postcard please!
