1) Great Email..!

That is the obvious way to go.. now that the committee and common floor are hijacked. 

Here is what I propose:

1) Current committee and MFS etc automatically gets dissolved on 30th June.

No renewal of contracts. No MFs on the gates post 30th June. We have to immediately arrange for alternate security.

In this emergency situation residents take control of everything.

Accounts, keys everything to be handed over to Residents.

If the accounts are not frozen and handed over, we have to stop paying maintenance in the wrong hands to avoid financing and funding the hijackers..

2) We have to form an interim committee..more like an election commission.. whoose only job is to make sure that there is a free and fair elections asap. We have to learn from our mistakes and not let it happen again. This committee also takes care of functioning of the layout without issues.

We can extend MFS on a per week basis but not a 6-month contract. 

But my suggestion is that we get our own security and house keeping in the interim.

3) Communication has to be free and fair and is very important in this time of emergency. 

I see my mails still getting "Approved" by the hijackers.

For the same I propose that people join the below google groups if they already are not a member of..

This is under my supervision and many residents are members there in. Also ask your neighbours to join here..

I encourage you all to ask your neighbours to join this group immediately cause we never know when commonfloor will be brought down.

Its anyways heavily moderated and selected emails only are getting a pass.

Tough times call for tough measures. 

But when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.

If highjackers stop us from doing any of this..we have to take help from the law.

PPOWA - Current Status !

With so many issues and non co-operation with ourselves, let us do the following immediately to the benefit of all residents !!!

-  Stop the common floor access for some time
-  Dissolve the "SEC" (Self Elected Committee) 

-  Organize GBM

-  Conduct new election

-  Start fresh PPOWA

What is there in our By-Law ? Is it possible? If yes, How and who has to do?
