Dear friend Rajeev,
You have 5 more days to wind up.
After that there is no more committee, no maint payments to treasurer etc
The residents are taking stuff in their own hands.
Thanks for your 2-year old saga.
Please free the society of your tantrums and emails.
Please plan to hand over the accounts to residents.
30th June is your last day..

Residents/non-residents,

Please suggest how to go about this handover.
We the residents have taken enough.
Now we look forward to end of politics and policies and plain simple administration.
What the current committee (just a handful, not all) has done is divided residents into:

1) residents vs non-residents
2) small BUA vs big BUA
3) north vs south
4) telangana vs andhra..
and above all.....
5) committee vs residents!!

In the mean time we have lost:

1) no community new year party
2) no cultural fests
3) no community Holi
4) no public festivals

and God only knows what all if they continue..

This is NOT WHAT WE CAME HERE FOR.......................

Peaceful community living is not that difficult as these guys have made to look.
And now they have crossed all limits. I beg for your opinions.

-Niraj
A resident and resident only.

Important Message to Residents - Please Read

Dear Residents,

1.       Moderation is being removed after obtaining consent from some of the committee members (except the ones who were already in the favor) . This is mainly to enable open discussion/ questions/ clarifications on Focus group maintenance model presented by Niraj. Let’s all be very constructive/ practical in asking questions to him and get all doubts clarified before the proposal goes to GB. Goal should be to make people understand the model completely & have agreement before GB so that GB becomes just a formality to get it pass  from legal point of view.

Now when Moderation is removed My request,  Let’s pledge not to send spams.

2.       Of late, some people have had concern on PPOWA internal issues. In my opinion it’s part of any healthy democracy. I think, it’s always good to have people who question what we do, this forces people who make decision think more than twice before they do anything. Hence, Residents should leave PPOWA internal issues for them to sort out and look only for their needs and development work in and around the community ( which I think is happening & not impacted due to PPOWA internal issues which PPOWA work offline to sort out soon)

3.       For any of your complaints/ issues kindly use the register kept In club house which gets checked daily minimum twice by Site Supervisor & weekly once by committee members instead of CF online facility which is not that frequently reviewed.

4.     There are people who have time and will to contribute towards society activities and in the meantime there are committee members who have been part of committee but due to unknown reasons they remained absent which gives an impression that they are busy either with personal or office work so in the benefit of both the categories above plus society it's better that if any of us can't contribute due to any reason then let someone else who has time & will do that - else in the end the only sufferer will be society people for no reasons.I don't think anyone should feel bad and let personal relationship get affected because of all this. In fact we all should accept it with open mind and let people having time & will do something for this society.

5.       While some members have been little inactive some others had been absent without any information (which led to disqualification of membership (not removed by me, someone, committee or people). Because of this work pressure on very few left active members have been very HIGH. We are in the process sitting together looking into the possible ways to bring them back or if nothing works then fill the vacant positions like President, secretary etc..in upcoming special GB planned maintenance with fresh people who have time & will to do something for society.

Lastly, my request to all is to be constructive, help if you can/ wherever possible instead of derailing things. As we if keep on questioning each other instead of lending supportive hands then no committee today or tomorrow will succeed inside the campus.

Best Regards & hoping for your understanding & co-operation

Rajeev Ranjan
