Change scrollbar appearance

I'm currently using the stylish extension [1] just for change the scrollbar appearance. I wonder if I can do it directly into a CSS pluging.

I put in my `.pentadactylrc` the instruction for load CSS plugins: `loadplugins '\.(css|js|penta)'`. Then I copied and paste the code of the style applied with stylish[2] but it doesn't works.

Anyone know what I'm missing?
