Nonot yet. The only other card I have is 64GB, and the specs say the phone can't read cards bigger than 32GB. Strangely, though, I was able to import contacts from the 64GB card (did this when I first got the phone), though I had the same issues regarding the card not being recognized for storage purposes.

I just purchase a Alcatel Go Flip 4 (2021,12,16) and cannot get the phone to recognize my SD card. I have tried 3 different SD cards from 16GB to 32GB with the same result. I tried xfat and NTSF formats. Loaded music through my computer onto the card and still no results. Is there a specific brand of SD card that I need to purchase? Can anybody help me with a solution?

Went to the tmobile store today to find out the issue. They said that some of the fast read/write sd cards will not work. Went to microcenter and purchased for $4 a generic sd card 16GB and it is working perfectly.

I have the same problem. The screen was freeze and I can not swipe, I can not unlock. I already turn it off &'on several times but it does not work. I also remove the sim & SD card but still it is not working. Please help.

My alcatel 7 one touch won't even turn on. I tried holding the volume down button and power button, didn't work. I tried plugging it in and didn't work. My phone's battery does not come out. I tried allot of YouTube videos, didn't work.

If your phone is an Acatel One Touch flip phone Your battery will come out. Use you thumb nail to pry off the back. There's a really thin seem along the edge, your nail can get in and it should come off easy. Then just pull down on the top of the battery. Pull the battery out, then put it back in. Then turn you phone on as usual, by holding down the on/off button for a few seconds, then allow the phone to start.

Hi there @jac49, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I can understand your disappointment, note that while many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip or has the requirements to be compatible, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App or support certain features.

Hi I just bought an alcatel latest and one week later a fitbit blaze even the distributor set up the account with my phone but didn't inform me alcatel was incompatible. Where is fitbit at a year later with adding alcatel Android models? . Is there an app yet. really unhappy.

Hi there @Igotu, nice to see you have visited the Fitbit Community for the first time. My apologies for the late response. I was reading your post and I'm wondering how it goes? Are you having troubles with your Blaze and the Fitbit app?

Is true Alcatel models are not listed as Compatible Devices. As moderators, we have no confirmation this phones are not going to be listed. So is safe to mention, despite we cannot guarantee all the features of the app are going to work as is expected, doesn't mean either the Fitbit trackers are not going to work.

Before installing the 9200L switches, I'm doing a preconfiguration and testing it. I pasted our 2960X configuration into the 9200L switches and have a small issue to make it work with alcatel phones. (Note : Alcatel Phones + Computers on the same port work perfectly with the 2960X switches).

Edit : To be more precise, I used the wrong configuration in PacketFence (RADIUS Server). Since they don't have the 9000 series model yet, I took the Cisco Standard one. But you have to use the 2960 model to make it work.

Have you configured ISE to send the Cisco vendor-specific attribute (VSA) that includes the string device-traffic-class = voice? This VSA tells the switch that the device that just authenticated is a phone and should be allowed access to the voice VLAN.

I don't see you are mentioning anywhere, and I remember that I had to enable LLDP in order to be able to cascade phone and PC behind same port (on Awaya, but I believe it should be same on all non-Cisco phones which can't talk CDP). By using LLDP, phone and switch are negotiating about configured data and voice VLANs.

With authorization result that @Rob Ingram is mentioning, you are simply instructing switch to place this device in Voice VLAN. AFAIK, it is mandatory to return attribute device-traffic-class = voice if you want to cascade devices.

I'm trying to find a manual online and I'm not having any luck. I need to know the deregister/reregister procedure for an Alcatel Lucent 4029 handset. I'm trying to move a number from one desk to another one, so we just need to deregister handset 2, deregister handset 1 and then register the number from handset 1 onto the now blank handset 2.

Then you can hang up. To hook on the new phone (or a different number on the same phone) pick up the handset, dail your extension number and then type in the same admin password (0000 default). Note of course you can't move the number till you deregister it from the first handset.

Alcatel (formerly Alcatel Mobile Phones and Alcatel OneTouch) (previously ALCATEL) is a French brand of mobile handsets owned by Finnish consumer electronics company Nokia and used under license[1] by Chinese electronics company TCL Technology. The Alcatel brand was licensed in 2005 by former French electronics and telecommunications company Alcatel-Lucent to TCL for mobile phones and devices, and the current license expires at the end of 2024. Nokia acquired the assets of Alcatel-Lucent in 2016 and thus also inherited the licensing agreements for the Alcatel brand.[2]

Alcatel Mobile Phones was established on 24 April 2004[3] as a joint venture between Alcatel-Lucent (45%) and TCL Corporation (55%).[4] Alcatel originally started making mobile phones in late 1996.[citation needed]

In 2005, the joint venture was dissolved as TCL acquired Alcatel-Lucent's 45 percent share, and Alcatel Mobile Phones became a wholly owned subsidiary group of TCL. The brand name was licensed to TCL.[5]

TCL Mobile Limited (former name: T&A Mobile Phones Limited) is a member of TCL Communication listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE: 2618) which was established in August 2004 by TCL Communication and Alcatel.[7] TCL Mobile Limited manages three business units: Alcatel, TCL Mobile Phones and Brand Design Lab. TCL Communication was also the developer of BlackBerry devices from 2016 to 2020 when its contract with BlackBerry expired.[8][9][10]

2017: During that year's Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, TCL launched Alcatel A5 LED, purportedly the first Android smartphone with an "interactive LED-covered phone".[16] On 10 November, the company launched the Alcatel A5 LED and Alcatel A7 in India.[17]

2019: TCL Communication is introducing its latest Alcatel mobile devices, including the Alcatel 3, Alcatel 3L and Alcatel 1S smartphones, as well as the Alcatel 3T 10 at Mobile World Congress 2019.[19]

2021: At MWC 2021 TCL is teasing an affordable 5G phone with its own brand, but the Alcatel brand is still around. The company introduced two entry-level Android Go 11 models 1L Pro and Alcatel 1 (2021) released at the end of year.[21][22]

Herein lies the problem. In attempting to add names to the Contacts, I found there was no script. I could enter the number, but not the name. I realize that you must alter the # key and the message showed it was in alpha mode, but nothing different happened. I could not get the system to accept the name. I tried several times with no sucess. I finally decided to reset the phone back to factory status. Still no success.

This is as far as I got in the setup process, but if I can't enter text in Contacts, then I am assuming if I attempt a text message, I will run into the same problem. I have never had this much difficulty with any phone before. Makes me want to revert back to a land line.

Turns out the problem was not me me, but it was a software issue. About a week after I had the phone I was watching TV when the phone alert went off and there was a text message from the provider advising me there was an update available for download. I downloaded the program and lo and behold, my problem was solved. I could enter names in Contacts along with phone number. The text feature on this phone is not nearly as efficient as the previous phone I had (Samsung) but since I don't send than many text messages, I can live with it.

The included free VR headset is also pretty decently built. Its straps are comfortable, the phone pops in easily, and it even has two clever haptic touch-buttons that act as Android interface shortcuts. One acts like Google Cardboard's "play" button, and the other goes back into menus or apps. No other VR headset for phones has anything quite like this except for Samsung Gear VR.
