Hi Seer
Can't seem to find the PT app in the Android Market. Has it been
removed or is this a phone issue (I have a Wildfire). If the latter,
then how do I download it?

Also if both SIM contacts and phone contacts are displayed in
Contacts( and therefore duplicated), will Smartdial synch, synch only
one version of the number?

Thanks for the help.

sorry has this issue been resolved? I lost control of the google
group for a while but got control back now.

I could not download your app from the market -- this seems a problem
related to the HTC WIldfire and phones with similar screen size and
resolution (Google seems to filter these phones out from certain apps
at the moment). There is a work around using Appbrain and
FastWebInstaller -- I have posted this on Whirlpool.

BTW Chris

Just to let you know -- I have been using the app on a Wildfire for
about 2 weeks now without problems. Smartdial and SMS work . I use
wifi (no data plan). Thanks.

Chris,
And....So?? what next??

Are you going to answer all of their initial questions?

WHERE can it be downloaded from!?!?

If not from the Market via the handset, WHERE can you get it???

Thanks for your time and effort!

Are there any other alternatives for this APP (e.g. CSIP and other related apps) that you would recommend?

Cheers!

it depends what features you are looking for.  There are alternate apps for most of the individual features i think but personally i have stopped using pennytel as they were un-reliable and expensive for what i needed.

My app should be on the market but for some unknown reason it is not visible for some makes and models of phones. Others here can prob send you the app if needed or make recommendations on alternate apps.

Pennytel themselves are meant to be releasing an app in march but they told me that 3 months ago and from past experience i would not expect that to happen but i could be wrong.
