PennyTel smartdial sync: wierd numbers

I used the Pennytel android app to sync smartdial numbers from my
mobile. I delete all numbers from the Pennytel smartdial page and
then sync via the app.

The problem is that there numbers are synced weirdly. For example:
0289898503 is sync'd to 0289898564. ie it is sync'd to another
smartdial number. I have quite a few others like this.

Has anyone seen this and any idea how to fix it?
