send sms (not having PennyTel sms)

can I use this app to send sms from my HTC Desire? I am on Telstra
though.

If yes where can I get the application?

Yes you can use it to send sms on any network as long as you have
data. It is back on the android market now. it was removed for a
short time as i forgot to agree to some terms and conditions.
