Friday/Weekend workout

Ok guys I don't expect you to do this workout during your holiday. I
sure as hell won't be doing it. Although you could challenge some of
the people at your local bbq with it. It is the bodyweight 150 again.
At some point during the weekend time yourself doing this workout and
then post your time.

Due to popular demand we will have one more week of bootcamp. I will
sit down and try to change things up a little for the routines so that
you don't get bored with them. What are everyone's thoughts so far?

Bodyweight routine for time
20 pushups
24 lunges (12 each leg)
15 Burpees (video)
11 Squat Jumps
10 Arnold Presses
20 Mountain Climbers (10 each leg)
20 Woodchoppers (10 each side)
20 Reverse Lunges (10 each leg)
10 Pushups
