Due to work on utility lines the 3500 block of Penn Ave will be down to one lane starting at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2nd and possibly Tuesday, June 3rd- They will have people directing traffic but it would probably be wise if people can avoid Penn Ave, in the 3500 block.
