that at least everyone is aware of the Penn Avenue Corridor Master

You may also want to provide a link to the Penn Avenue Corridor Master
Plan, prepared by mossArchitects in East Liberty. MA was hired by the
Lawrenceville Corp., Bloomfield-Garfield Corp., ELDI and FDA in 2006 to
provide analysis, gather community input, organize a design workshop and
create a master plan for the Penn Ave corridor (31st to Penn Circle S).
The main purpose of the plan is to help guide future investment along
Penn Ave in a way that reinforces the vision elaborated during the
design process. MossArchitects also produced urban design guidelines
which are intended to be consulted by property owners along Penn Ave who
are interested in storefronts can better contribute to the quality of
public space along the corridor.

visitors can download elevation photos of Penn Ave, see historic images,
view existing conditions and read the results of the stakeholder
meetings. Those interested should contact one of the aforementioned CDCs.
