As you may have seen in the Bulletin, etc. preliminary engineering for
phase 1 of the penn ave reconstruction is underway and making progress.
You should be able to expect a newsletter coming out in the next few
months, but if you'd like any of the details, please visit the website
listed below.

Although we're still quite a way off from any actual construction, just
thought you might like to know that work is being done to get to that point.

The address for the project website is
http://www.lrkimball.com/penn-avenue.aspx there are currently six tabs
where you can visit and download .pdfs of documents that have been
approved including Agendas, Meeting Minutes that have been approved (I
put April�s on there for everyone to review), Monthly Status Reports,
Newsletters, Reports from the Phasing Plan (the PennDOT submissions will
be uploaded when approved), and the Project Schedules. Everything under
2009 is from the Phasing Plan, and all 2011 documents are from the Phase
1 Reconstruction Project. If you have any questions or do not see
something on the site that wish to be uploaded please respond to me by
email and L.R. Kimball and the City of Pittsburgh will determine if the
document is appropriate to upload to the site.
