Some residents still have issues with the revised plans, so a committee
of interested residents has been formed to work with the developer's
engineer to develop the best possible site plan for the project.
If the building is to be placed on the corner, then another building on
Penn (in addition to that of Service Electrical Supply) will have to be
purchased and razed, so that customer parking can be added closer to
front of the site near Penn and, thus, remove spaces at the rear of the
site to clear an unimpeded path for truck access into the site.
If not, then the parking lot would have to stay on the corner [of
Pacific and Penn] and we add a nice brick 5' high brick wall with
landscaping outside of it to dress up the perimeter of the parking area
as best as we can.
