Penn Ave grocery store meeting tonight - 6:30pm BGC Activity Center

Sorry for not posting something on this earlier, but just thought of it.

It looks like we haven't completely scared Bottom Dollar away from
Garfield / Penn Ave just yet. It looks like they may still be interested
in opening a store at Penn and Pacific.

I think this is just an initial meeting for people local to the site to
gauge whether it's worth pursuing this time around. Looks to be
organized by BGC, not clear if there will be anyone from the property
developer or store.

Personally, I haven't been of the new Bottom Dollar stores yet, but my
wife has mentioned a lot of very positive chatter from her suburban
co-workers.

Developer will be there. They have an option to buy the building.
