Are you ready for a successful semester and year ahead? Join HSC/YJA for a Saraswati Puja on January 24th to start off the semester the right way and show devotion and appreciation for knowledge, music, and culture! The puja will take place in Bodek Hall at 5:30pm sharp! Please bring a book to be blessed during the puja.

Everything counts and is appreciated.  CORD USA has a mission to  To facilitate integrated, sustainable social help programs in local communities and in the Indian subcontinent through processes of self-empowerment and enrichment. CORD is a bond of Love and Understanding, encouraging a process of sharing which enriches both the giver and the receiver.  CORDUSA is a secular, non-profit that aims to help communities create a sustainable program to aid in their holistic welfare.

 

The Saraswati Puja will be a great way to have a relaxing, yet engaging, cultural experience after the long break. Dinner will be served!  RSVP HERE

 

Hari Om!  Chinmaya Yuva Kendra (CHYK) is excited to open its Philadelphia chapter on the UPenn campus! We will conduct a weekly study group to bring together individuals to collectively reflect on and stimulate inquiry into the principles of Vedanta, enhance self-reflection, and draw from each other’s insights. Participants will meet on Saturday afternoons to study and discuss Vedantic texts based on a Chinmaya Mission study syllabus. It’s a great way to supplement all the awesome activities and discussions we have in HSC!
