Followup: Round 4 Cluster Meetings & GBM - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Hi All,

I completely failed to realize that this Sunday is Easter. Since a number of you will likely be missing the GBM, we will stick to cluster meetings for this round. The editors and I will decide to accept or reject the submissions based on the cluster meeting votes and discussions.

NOTE:  An absence at cluster meetings will count as a double absence for this round.
