Interview with Alan Popovsky
What: Presidential Restaurant Group (PRG) was founded in 2011 by restaurateur Alan Popovsky and local businessman Melvyn J. Estrin. PRG is known for creating contemporary dining experiences that celebrate American presidents in a multifaceted style. Rather than paying homage to these iconic leaders in overt means, Popovsky and his team have created spaces that are subtly punctuated with historical references ranging from facts and figures to colorful stories about who these men were and how they impacted our great nation. Revolution Taco Media Tasting
What: Chefs Carolyn Nguyen and Michael Sultan invite you to a special media tasting event at Revolution Taco. Be the first to sample new dishes coming to Revolution Taco this winter - including the launch of Arroz con Pollo (a new variety every Wednesday night), Tamales (daily rotating varieties) and Pig Wings (every Friday). Revolution Taco will also share details of their Valentine's special pairings - Valentine's Lobster and Fried Foie Gras Taco, and Tres Leche Cake infused with Rival Bros Coffee. Finally, catch up with the food trucking duo as they discuss what is to come in 2017.
