#2: The Derivation of the term "phospholipids", Having trouble finding
the answer for this. I remember that there is a phosphate group.

#4 Ethyl Alcohol is a FAT-SOLVENT and it passes readily through cell
membranes. Explain why it can do this. I am thinking Diffusion,
because it doesn't require energy and i would assume that makes it
able to move through a cell membrane freely, but i doubt that its
correct, spoon feed me the answer!

#8 A little unsure if this was referring the the ribosomes role in
protein synthesis or the actual synthesis of a ribosome. I cannot
find much detail about the synthesis of a ribosome other than that it
is formed in the nucleolus or the cytoplasm.

Thanks a bunch

Phospho = phosphate and lipid = lipid due to its fatty acid tail

If something is "fat-soluble" it means it can dissolve fat. That
means it will break apart the cell membrane since it is partially made
of fat

Synthesis of a ribosome is done in nucleolus. rRNA and proteins come
together to form two subunits. the sub units come together during
translation as a result of a dehydration reaction
