2	Engineer	Industrial Engineering	Chan Kok Cheong	1	Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering 2  - 3 years related working experience Autocad skill is mandatory Knowledge and working experience in Lean concept, Six Sigma and SAP system is an added advantage	a) Support production equipment and maintenance to achieve department target in term of quality and delivery schedule. b) Layout maintenance, improvement and coordinate line set-up. c) Perform production time study analysis and capacity planning d) Maintain standard time and routing in SAP system. e) RFQ preparation for labor cost calculation f) Lead of improvement activity such as Productivity improvement,space saving ,waste elimination etc.
3	Engineer (Developer)	R & D Software	Michael Bendixen / Noor Hafizi	1	Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years related working experience in Product Development Good knowledge and experience in Micro Controller programming using C/C++ Assembly language, Matlab Knowledge in CAN communication Experience in software development processes e.g. CMMI is an added advantage Ability to speak and write in Japanese preferred Knowledge in C++ software is a must Ability to speak and read in Japanese will be an added advantage	a) Creates (after analysis) the design of the SW modules on his part of the project b) Participates in the software interface design c) Implements the SW modules d) Debugs the SW modules which he has implemented e) Plan and perform tests to the software modules under his responsibility f) Adds the documents which he has written to the main project repository g) Regularly inform the Software Project Manager about the status of his work

6	Quality Planner / Engineer	PIR FF CHS/B&S	Robert Fuciman	1	Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2 - 3 years related working experience Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949 : 2002 quality requirement Ability to speak in German will be an added advantage	a) Manage complaints/issues from customers by leading the 8D process, ensuring the implementation of related correction action and prepare report on local Quality Performance and customer complaints into the BU/CEP reporting system and customer portal b) Drive the quality performance and update plant and FF quality performance for PPM and NCC c) Provide feedback on manufacturability of the design and capabilitity of manufacturing processes to BU/CEP. d) Execute activities as per the project launch plan.  Monitor the FPY, PDR and IPTV, whenever applicable e) Coordinate customers visit/audit
7	Technician	Equipment Maintenance	CC Tan	1	Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering 2 - 3 years working experience in related field Knowledge on PLC Knowledge in electronics circuit, PCB assembly and testing Responsible, creative and have initiative Able to work with minimum supervision	a) Perform in depth troubleshooting, repair and test components or parts from automotive manufacturing equipments b) Perform schedule preventive maintenance, set-up, test run on the assigned machine c) Support production in achieving target in terms of quality and quantity d) Implement improvement project to lower repair/maintenance cost/time e) Support service team to complete daily task according to time line f) Ensure compliance to the 5S housekeeping concept
8	Executive / Engineer	Purchasing	Lim Cheng Keong	1	Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3 - 5 years related working experience in Purchasing & Material Knowledge in computer and SAP Strong interpersonal and communication skill Able to work with minimum supervision	a) Responsible for purchasing activities for sourcing of assigned commodities b) Issue PO to suppliers c) Ensure all documentation maintained in proper filing system and attend to faxes and invoices d) Complete any work assigned by superior from time to time e) Maintain contract price in SAP f) Develop new potential suppliers with reasonable pricing, lead time and quality for new and exisiting product
