Dear Mr. Dindin Abdurohim,
Greetings from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad, India. !!

About the Institute:

EDII is a National Resource Centre in the field of entrepreneurship, teaching, training and research with a view to promote entrepreneurship development and investment promotion across the globe. With sponsor support from the Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Division of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, an international training programme on “Entrepreneurship & Small Business Promotion” is scheduled to be held at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India during September 04 - October 13, 2017. We are happy to inform you that this programme is fully sponsored by the Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Division of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Please find attached herewith the soft copy of the brochure of the said training programme.

Objective of the Training Programme:
The purpose of this programme is to develop a cadre of hard core professionals who will work for the promotion of economic activities in developing countries. They will be equipped with new tools and techniques to lead potential entrepreneurs to new enterprise creation as also facilitate growth of existing small enterprises, thereby intensifying and strengthening the efforts of policy makers and planners towards economic development of their respective countries. The 6 weeks training programme also has a 2 weeks component of study tour to provide an exposure to the participants on Indian Industrial scenario and cultural milieu.
The candidate who is interested to attend the programme needs to apply 'ON-LINE'.  Physically filled in application forms will not be accepted.
Step-wise guidance for application process ‘on-line’ is given as under;

2. There go and click ‘Apply for ITEC’. There, click "APPLY NOW'.

For your assistance, complete details on ‘Procedure for Filling the Nomination’, ‘Step-wise Guidance for ITEC Programme Registration’ and details of the training programme are given in EDII website www.ediindia.org under ‘International Programmes 2017-2018. Please go through these details carefully.

Please note, you have to submit your application directly to the Indian High Commission/Indian Embassy in your country and not to us as we cannot play any role in the selection process. For this purpose, after filling up the nomination form, please get it endorsed by the Nodal Ministry in your country (as advised by the Indian Mission). Thereafter, submit it to the Indian Mission for their endorsement. After this procedure, your application will reach ITEC office, New Delhi, India, for their approval.

An Applicant is not to attach any documents while filling in ‘on-line’ application except to enter the required information asked for. However, they are required to attach them along with the hard copy of their application duly signed by them while submitting to the nodal ministry.

Nodal Ministry is different from Embassy of India.  In each country, a specific Ministry has been identified as a nodal ministry to endorse the ITEC nomination form.  It could be Ministry of Industry & Commerce or Ministry of Education & Cultural Affairs so on and so forth.  You may have to check up this aspect with the Indian Mission in your country.

You may please send the scanned version of the duly endorsed nomination along with photocopies of relevant documents (hard copies of educational testimonials, English Proficiency Declaration duly signed by you and Medical Report duly endorsed by a Registered Physician) to the Indian Mission at their e-mail id.

The target group eligible for admission is from 25 to 45 years.
I hope you will find the information in order. I request you to nominate suitable officers for participation in the above-mentioned training programme.
The last date for receipt of nomination at ITEC is 04 July, 2017.

Should you require any further information, please feel free to contact the undersigned.
Thanking you,

Yours sincerely
Prakash Solanki
