GSoC 2015: Pre-Project and Proposal for Visual Thumbnail

Hi David,

I'm Xinan. I'm interested in contributing to PencilCode and I've finished the pre-project for Visual Thumbnail. I'm writing my proposal now.

Please kindly review them and give some suggestions.
By the way, do we need to follow a specific format for the proposal? I found that some other organisations require a pre-defined format for the proposal. But for PencilCode, I couldn't find it.
