Hi David,

This my progress till now. i am not satisfied with it but this what i could do due to the lack of time and experience.

i was able to add the csv parser and it is working on my local machine. i tried to upload it to a server but i could not get it to work, i do not know why. but you can review and if you have any comments please tell me. i am thankful for your time and i wish i can be of any help in this project. and if you have any recomendations for what to do next i will be thankfull.
